Ba Zi (Natal Data) What is Ba Zi ? The origin of Ba Zi is attributed to
Scholar Li Xuzhong of the Tang Dynasty (A.D 618-907). It was practiced by Xu
Ziping in the Song Dynasty (A.D 960-1279). This ancient Chinese Art is derived
from the text of the I-Ching or the Book of Oracles used for fortune telling. It
is based on the same principles, using the 5 primordial elements for fortune
telling. This Chinese system fortune-telling is been in used, consistently, for
thousand of years through the winding course of its civilization. It is true to
say that Ba Zi has shaped the cultural practises and philosophy of the Chinese
people as much as Confucianism has shaped the character and mind of the people
of China and its worldwide Diasporas. In the olden days, the Chinese people
seeking to their destinies and fortune travel far and wide to great temples to
have their destinies revealed to them by masters of fortune reading. In other
words, consulting a fortune-teller is a common practice and very much a part of
the Chinese culture. The Chinese believes that the universe came into being from
the 5 primordial elements. Stephen Hawking, the renown physicist, in his essay,
'Is Everything Determined?' subscribes to the view that everything in the
universe is governed by the set of rules. From this perspective, the Chinese
people have believed in such a worldview since a long time ago. It can be agreed
on that the universe must follow a set of rules. Man, being a tiny part of the
universe, and comprising of the 5 elements, is also subject to such fixed rules
and order. We therefore believe that human fate and destiny is determined by
""the invisible forces of the universal"". Until recently most Ba Zi masters
were only Chinese speaking. The emergence of new masters proficient in the
English Language has opened up this fascinating system of fortune telling to the
entire English-speaking world. The Internet helps to provide the access and
delivery of Ba Zi system across the world at the touch of a button. Why is Ba Zi
more accurate? The Ba Zi system is reputed as the most authentic for the
Ba Zi
Fortune Telling and prediction of an individual's destiny. The system is
based on the 12 stages of the life cycle and the interrelationship of the
constructive and destructive cycles of the 5 elements. As a fortune-telling
system, Ba Zi is still widely used today as it was before. Whilst other methods
of fortune telling are based on the celestial formations such as the planets and
the stars in the galaxies, Ba Zi as a fortune-telling system is based on the
movement of the solar system. Even as the planets course around the sun, it is
known that human existence is powerfully shaped by the rising and the setting
sun. The solar system has an abiding influence on all living beings. Indeed, it
is clear why the sun is such a powerful influence on mankind. It is the centre
of the universe after all! A sun-centric system of fortune-telling will
certainly be more accurate as the sun is the centre of the galaxies, whereas the
stars and planets including earth are only parts of ˇ@ Next Page >>>

Ba Zi (Ba
Zi Chinese Astrology) How does Ba Zi work? In a nutshell, Ba Zi analyzes the
unique numerals of an individual's birth data and gender then matches them to a
matrix of metaphysical knowledge based on the Sun and its elemental influences
on him/her. Therein lays the fate and destiny of an individual, in the realms of
BaZi. This method uses the 5 basic elements, e.g., wood, fire, earth, metal and
water to represent one's Four Pillars of Destiny. Here is a number of important
ideas; The 4 Pillars are allocated into the Year, Month, Day and Hour. Each
pillar is represented by an element, as translated from one's birth data. Each
pillar consists of the Heavenly Stem and the Earthly Branch. The self-element is
represented by the Day pillar of the Heavenly Stem and it is employed as a
reference point in its inter-relationships with the other seven elements in the
4 Pillars for reading one's destiny. This system maps out the 12 stages of the
life cycle in a person's life to reveal the strengths of the SELF-element within
this framework. This forms the basis for a precise interpretation and an
accurate forecast of a person's destiny. Ba Zi interpretation encompasses the
various aspects of one's life and the forecast of his future is also based on
influence of the ruling element of his luck pillar, year, month and hour. On a
more serious side, it is important to understand that the accuracy and
usefulness of a Ba Zi reading and interpretation session depends largely on the
credibility of the Ba Zi master himself, his knowledge of the 4 Pillars and the
context of its application in relation to topics such as economics and financial
trends, socio-political issues, physiology, the ups and downs of work life, the
challenges of running a business, etc. In short, his Ba Zi knowledge and his
secular skills together with his lifetime experiences should hone his ability to
understand and provide practical advice and to help the seeker. Finally, Ba Zi
is reputed to be the most accurate fortune-telling system there is. Under BaZi,
the probability for two persons having an identical reading is 1 in 12.96
million. And it will take another 240 years to repeat the next cycle to raise
another identical case. Ba Zi is known not only on its accuracy, but also its
ease of application in all aspects of one's life. Those who seek the wisdom of
Ba Zi can testify to its accuracy and usefulness. ˇ@ <<< Previous Page Wednesday,

established as a way to gain knowledge pertaining to your future. During the
second century B.C. most Chinese fortune tellers relied on writings of a Tang

devised horoscopes using combinations of the Five Elements, and the Ten Heavenly
Stems, and the Twelve Terrestrial Branches. To obtain a personˇ¦s fortune his
system needed to use the Six Characters which denoted the year, month and day of

The official government's manual was published by the Board of Rites in 1683
with an updated version in 1741 containing thirty-six books entitled
Online Fortune Teller.
Nowadays, the most recognized fortune-telling manual of China is the two-volume
work Chinese Fortune Telling. In it are found all of the essential formulas,
regulations, and methods of divination in combination with the many techniques
used throughout different parts of China.
Another way of Chinese
Astrology somebody's fortune that dates back into antiquity with the Chinese
is the technique used by Chinese Fortune Telling. The can tell fortunes by
studying their clientˇ¦s facial features. The ears and eyes and mouth, as well as
the nose and eyebrows and forehead and cheeks along with the chin match up with
the Five Sacred Mountains, the Four Great Rivers, the Five Planets, and the Six
Stars. Our senses; and hand and fingers; our stature and frame, all relate to
various fixed value in the numerological Order of Heaven and Earth.
A Chinese Fortune Telling(Chinese
Astrology) computes the relations and oppositions of all these factors and
can foresee good or bad luck. He can also determine your probable length of
life, your fortune in marriage and whether or not you will have children.
Many of these types of fortune-tellers were apparently blind old men led
around by a young boy. Some of them had a harp upon which they would
occasionally play as they walked slowly along the street. Others carried a
rattle made of two small pieces of wood for Chinese Fortune Telling. When
Fortune Teller was struck
together they indicated the approach or presence of a fortune-teller.
The most popular fortune-telling system in China seems to be that of the
Eight Cyclic Characters. Parents of a new-born or young child present the
child's characters for interpretation to a fortune-teller who prepares a
Chinese Horoscope(Chinese
Fortune Telling). The preparation of these horoscopes involves the
cross-referencing of the Eight Cyclic Characters with animal signs of the
zodiac.
Actual date of origin of Chinese Fortune Telling and
Chinese Zodiac are not known.
Some of the scholars place its origin between Chinese Astrology 2007, Chinese

Fortune Teller. It is said that the Astrology in China was all prevalent around
the time of the middle ages. The Chinese Zodiac consists of a 12-year cycle;
each year of the cycle is named after a different animal that gives different
and distinct characteristics to its year. A 13th "leap" year is periodically
added to keep the system in balance. According to one myth, a Chinese emperor
invited all the friends of the forest to a New Year party, he was expecting many
guests, but only twelve animals came. The rat was first, followed by the ox, and
so on.
The emperor honored the animals by naming the years after them. Another
Chinese Fortune Telling suggests that more than five centuries before the birth
of Christ, when Chinese Astrology was at it's peak, the dying Buddha asked all
the animals of the world to come before him to bid them farewell, for which they
would receive gifts. Most of the animals failing to comprehend the reason behind
the request, failed to arrive before the Buddha. Those who did appear before the
Buddha, however, were only 12 in number.

Wood person. So Metal people and Wood people have the chance to shake hands.
Water stands for wisdom in Chinese astrology. That means it always has a
solution for the disagreement from Wood and Metal using your wisdom(Water) in

Kitchen Feng Shui
The Chinese believe
Feng
Shui for career malevolent spirits come from the North and so Good Feng Shui
dictates that your Kitchen should NOT face this direction as it may increase the
chance of mishaps. The use of crystals or Windchimes hanging from windows or
doorways facing this direction is an effective cure. The kitchen sink represents
water and your stove represents fire. Ideally these two elements should not be
side-by-side. The stove should be positioned so as to avoid the cook standing
with their back to a doorway. A mirror or any highly reflective kitchen
appliance placed above the stove will counteract this problem by providing
reflection so that the cook can not be taken by surprise. Good lighting and
ventilation by the stove will reduce the influence of Sha. White is the
preferred colour for kitchens. It symbolises purity and therefore promotes good
health from well prepared (pure) food. Cutlery should not be stored in a
stagnant area as the negative influence on sharp object will serve to cut your
health. Place them in a drawer nearest to the doorway or window. A toilet next
to a kitchen produces Sha (negative energy). Keeping the door closed and the
toilet lid down will help as will the placement of a Bagwa on the toilet door.
